Membership Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the membership terms and conditions for 30 Rounds Military Fitness. These terms and conditions apply from the date you indicate your acceptance on the 30 Rounds Military Fitness Website or Member App.

Members must be aged 16 or older on the day of membership commencement.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following Definitions apply:

• WG Veterans refers to the holding company, the parent entity of 30 Rounds Military Fitness.
• 30 Rounds Military Fitness refers to the operating business under which we deliver fitness services, also known as the gym.
• Class refers to a group fitness or personal training session delivered by 30 Rounds Military Fitness.
• Home Venue refers to the venue or location to which your membership is assigned.
• Member or You refers to an individual with current membership at 30 Rounds Military Fitness.
• Member App refers to the mobile or online application used by 30 Rounds Military Fitness and made available to you.
• Website refers to the official website at www.30RoundsFitness.com.

2. Membership

2.1 Membership

• 2.1.1 Your membership will commence once payment is made to WG Veterans.
• 2.1.2 Your membership will automatically renew unless suspended or cancelled.
• 2.1.3 Discounted types may be offered; conditions apply.
• 2.1.4 We verify discount eligibility before applying.
• 2.1.5 Not all memberships available at all venues.

2.2 Membership Types

2.3 Packages

• 2.3.1 Buy single class or 10-pack credits.
• 2.3.2 Pay in advance by card to WG Veterans.
• 2.3.3 Credits valid: 1 month (single), 3 months (10-pack).
• 2.3.4 Expired credits are non-refundable.
• 2.3.5 Credits are non-transferable.

3. Venues and Classes

• 3.1 Book classes via app or website.
• 3.2 Cancel if you can’t attend — 3 no-shows may lead to booking limits.
• 3.3 Waiting lists may apply.
• 3.4 Membership is tied to a Home Venue.

4. Class Timetables

• 4.1 Timetables may change. If unavailable for 10+ days in 30, you may request a prorated refund.

5. Membership Fees

5.1 Fees and Payments

• 5.1.1 Joining fee applies to all members.
• 5.1.2 Super Value: full payment on joining.
• 5.1.3 Others: prorated payment + monthly on 1st working day.
• 5.1.4 Payment via card or direct debit.

5.2 Missed Payments

• 5.2.1 Up to 3 attempts to collect.
• 5.2.2 May refer to debt collection.
• 5.2.3 Admin fee £30 + VAT if 30+ days overdue.

5.3 Fee Changes

• 5.3.1 1 month notice. Cancel within 14 days if not accepted.

6. Suspending, Cancelling, or Transferring Membership

6.1 Suspension

• 6.1.1 Suspend for medical reasons (up to 6 months).
• 6.1.2 With doctor’s proof, up to 12 months.
• 6.1.3 Payments resume after suspension.

6.2 Cancellation

• 6.2.1 Written notice required.
• 6.2.2 Notice periods:
  • Rolling – 7 days
  • Flexi – 3 months
• 6.2.3 Takes effect 1st of next month.
• 6.2.4 Notice after 17:30 = next working day.
• 6.2.5 Cancel direct debit ≠ cancel membership.

6.3 Changing Home Venue

• 6.3.1 Membership is personal.
• 6.3.2 You may change venue. New fees apply.

7. Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel your membership immediately if you:

• 7.1.1 Breach terms.
• 7.1.2 Endanger others.
• 7.1.3 Share your membership.
• 7.1.4 Use abusive or violent behavior.

8. Your Responsibility

Personal items are your responsibility. We are not liable for loss or theft.

9. Accidents and Injuries

• 9.1 Report incidents to instructors.
• 9.2 Follow safety instructions.
• 9.3 We are not liable unless due to our negligence.
